Has anyone ever brought a car from a car dealer in Snaith East Yorkshire? You know the sort of garage I mean, the type where Arthur Daley would say was to bent to deal with or buy from.
Well I did unfortunately, I had the misfortune to buy a classic American car that had a 12 month MOT (*stifles laugh*) which wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. When asking for a "gesture of goodwill" to go towards the cost of putting it through it's next MOT 12 months later - because the faults it failed on 12 months previously
and was miraculously passed the same day - I decided to check it's MOT history (which anyone can do by going to this
government web site) and came to the conclusion the car was a wreck, a lemon, it should not be on the road, but this garage managed to find a complete mug (me) to fob it off on.
Now as is the norm with dodgy garages they tend to use the same sort of
law firms to represent them who give sly advice to avoid bad reviews such as "have it buried", so "hide" a review that shows how possibly fraudulent garages rip off customers, not very good is it?
So lets get this party started, blog up and running so dodgy garages and unethical law firms beware
