Make a complaint about a death-trap car with a fraudulent MOT that Yorkshire Trade Car Centre sold you and this happens -

Do I blame Yorkshire Trade Car Centre for the state of the car? Damn fucking right I do!

So while their shitty law firm LawGistics still defends this crooked car dealer I shall endeavour to make sure as many people as possible know to avoid these cowboy car dealers because there ain't enough paint stripper or brake fluid in the world to shut me up.

 I am claiming that Yorkshire Trade Car Centre are responsible for the state of the car, did they do it? I'll leave you to make up your own minds

MOT history checked, no MOT for the past 2 years, if you check backwards you will see many faults --

Bear in mind if you buy this car you and it bursts into flames or falls to pieces then Yorkshire Trade Car Centre and their law firm LawGistics will in actual fact blame YOU, yes that's right, it will be your fault should this car kill you or injure you or you lose money on it with the many repairs it will doubtlessly need doing.


What, a warranty will help you? This company won't give a warranty on an older car, which is strange as any reputable car dealer would do

Resolution Offer

As a last resort before going through the courts lets try this.


An offer to Yorkshire Trade Car Centre via their legal team at LawGistics.


I will forward past MOT information showing the many items the car failed on to LawGistics, I will also forward the MOT that Yorkshire Trade Car Centre supplied when the car was, brought,  it was a clear pass with no advisories.


Yorkshire Trade Car Centre can either take the word of an independent garage that does/has done the work on the car for me OR they can pay for an independent mechanic from a national organisation to inspect the car and say if the faults that are still present on the car that were mentioned in past MOT's are still there. Should the independent mechanic say the faults are new then I will reimburse Yorkshire Trade Car Centre for the cost of the inspection, delete this blog and stop fucking about trying to get justice for being conned.


Should the mechanic say these are old faults that are still present and the car would not pass an MOT then Yorkshire Trade Car Centre should agree to take the car back and pay me the full purchase price of the car.


I am THAT confident that the car was not roadworthy when purchased.


I'm sure Yorkshire Trade Car Company and LawGistics are as pissed off as I am at the whole sorry affair and do not want to drag this out through the courts and further damage their reputation and I have very little time on my hands being the carer for my disabled wife.


So, this seems reasonable to me, I've nothing to hide. It's time for Yorkshire Trade Car Centre to #DoTheDecentThing and #FixTheCar
